Maxim Velčovský a národní stromThe coming-together of several design icons at Maxim Velčovský’s installation brought a lightness of touch and a scent of summer to Prague during Designblok week, transforming the Superstudio Hra yard on Mikulandská Street into the liveliest restaurant in the city. The installation was centered around a beautiful linden tree, surrounded by the Ambiente garden restaurant and discreetly linked the theme of the love of nature with the themes of lightness and creativity. These three elements also combine in the catalogue of the two world-renowned brands that originally proposed the project, Vitra and Artek. Each furniture piece was stunning in its own right and left each visitor with a feeling of joy amidst the treetops and yard furniture.
