The Product Design Studio at the Faculty of Art and Design, Jan Evangelista Purkyně University, is led by doc. MgA. Jan Čapek. Students focus on product design – from the technological and material constraints of production, through a product’s role within a company’s portfolio, to an authorial approach with an artistic overlap. Working across all years of study, they collaborate on shared assignments and realize their projects in real materials and at full scale.
