The outdoor exhibition Czech Design, displayed at Jan Palach Square, directly in front of the main entrance to the Rudolfinum, presents the finest examples of contemporary Czech industrial design on large‑format panels. Iconic products created by member companies of AČPD demonstrate that internationally recognized design originates in the Czech Republic thanks to a strong industrial tradition, exceptional craftsmanship and long‑term collaboration between manufacturers and leading designers. After successful stops across Czech regions, the exhibition becomes part of the DesignBlok festival and move to the area in front of the Rudolfinum, where throughout October it will introduce visitors to work that has been shaping the character of contemporary Czech design, once again establishing it as a defining concept rooted in rich history and respected around the world.
