The panel discussion will explore the pressure on female designers and creative professionals to look perfect while creating the products and visual language of beauty. How do they cope with social expectations, and how does creating beauty differ from being expected to embody perfection?Drawing on Dove’s latest research and the Beauty Is a Feeling campaign, the discussion will examine the impact of unrealistic beauty ideals on women’s self-esteem. It will also consider how designers shape perceptions of female beauty and can help drive positive change.
