Parallel Dialogues

With festival pass

We cordially invite you to a guided tour and discussion for the exhibition Parallels of Knowledge. The tour will be led by curators Petra Huraiová and Peter Mazalán, who bring two distinct perspectives into the space. Together, we will reflect on how light quietly shapes our relationship with reality. Drawing from Plato’s allegory of the cave, we view illumination not merely as a physical phenomenon or a design product, but as an act of knowing—a process where true understanding comes not from sight alone, but from the ability to accept the shadow. The event features an open dialogue on the elusive meanings of light and what its absence leaves within us. We invite diverse parallels of knowledge from people who perceive the world from different angles.
