Ingvild Sævik Litlere is a Norwegian furniture and object designer working in the space between the functional and the sculptural, the handmade and the manufactured. This interplay is central to her practice, with the relationship between materiality, hand and object forming the starting point for her work. Her practice is driven by curiosity and a desire to explore the inherent qualities and possibilities of materials. An open and experimental approach allows ideas to emerge through the exploration of materials, techniques and form, before being developed into furniture and objects with a focus on production, quality and function.
