To mark its 800th anniversary, Znojemská Beseda invited Kabinet Works – a design studio, gallery, and Znojmo-based oasis of contemporary Czech design – to develop the visual identity and curate the anniversary merchandise. Dagmara and Jakub Skokan, founders of Kabinet Works, along with Anna Vodrážková form the creative team behind the visual identity of Znojmo 800. The Znojmo 800 design collection brings together some of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Czech design including Dechem with Martin Bačák, Izaak Reich with Rony Plesl, Papelote, Martin Žampach, Kayu, Knot Knot Candles, BoysPlayNice, Ilona Polanski and Jakub Berdych Karpelis with Martin Kubát. The collection is presented within the Exhibition Pantry, a mobile, fold-out display designed by the architectural studio ORA.
