The exhibition project Anatomy of Beauty by Studio Kultivar reveals an intimate relationship between the human body, glass, and detail. The exhibition design draws on the canvas of Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus, preserving the life-size scale and natural beauty of the human body. The painted surface becomes a delicate setting for fragile objects created through lampworking. The exhibition explores the relationship between the body, detail, and jewelry, showing how a small object can enter into dialogue with an iconic depiction of human beauty.
