This year’s Ploom installation was created by the brand’s Slovak ambassador, artist Lousy Auber. The installation, which is located in Veletržní palác, is inspired by the Ploom Aura Navy Blue heated tobacco device while also fully embracing DesignBlok’s theme – light. Both spatially and visually striking, the installation evokes introspection, a moment of rest, briefly retreating into oneself, and disconnecting from the hustle and noise of the city. After all, the darkest place is right under the lamp – and sometimes, the quietest too.
