The joint exhibition of interior design students Memory Elements is based on the belief in the importance of childhood experience, emotional connection and the formation of one’s own identity. Through her building kit inspired by Czech bourgeois architecture, Kristýna Šumberová encourages children to develop sensitivity, learn about cultural heritage and build a deeper relationship with a toy as an image of a familiar environment. Roman Beletskii plays with the metaphor of growth and one’s own life journey, which he portrays through stairs and original drawings serving as windows into memory.
