Anna Martinková is a glass artist and a graduate of the Glass Studio at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design (UMPRUM) in Prague. Her work balances between applied art and objects. She works primarily with the techniques of kiln-cast glass and hand-cutting, through which she creates objects of significant material and symbolic value. Thematically, her work draws on the principles of architecture, sacred spaces and their historical and contemporary contexts. In 2026, she co-founded a glass workshop and art studio on the grounds of the Great Strahov Stadium in Prague, where, alongside her own work, she develops collaborations with other artists and craftspeople.
