Who comprises the Connection group? Vladan is an architect and the connecting link. By the nature of his work, he seeks out interesting creators to collaborate with on projects. Kryštof is an up-and-coming product designer. School taught him a lot, but he lacks experience with materials, manufacturing technologies, and technical possibilities. If you don’t know something, you can’t use it. That is also one reason why we reached out to two artists – glass artist Dominika and ceramic artist Monika – with whom we connected very well. We all want to design a lighting. Connection fills in the “blind spots” for everyone else, and Vladan’s multidisciplinary knowledge adds depth.
