Cyril Dunděra

Cyril Dunděra is a designer based in Prague, working between furniture, product, interior, and spatial design. Together with Matěj Janský, he founded and ran the studio JanskyDundera, building an international portfolio with Cappellini, Kler, and Lasvit among others, and exhibiting at Milan Design Week and DesignBlok. Along the way, the studio picked up a German Design Award, several EDIDA nominations, and a finalist spot at Czech Grand Design. His projects often start from a material or a place, whether it’s rammed-earth tables made from spoil dug out during the construction of the Prague metro, or sand-cast furniture for a Baroque garden on a hilltop. He currently works independently, drawn to projects where design and craft go hand in hand.
