Tomasz Umbras is a Polish fashion designer and artist currently based in Paris. His designs stand out for their sculptural silhouettes and sophisticated approach to garment construction. In his latest project “Extensions” he explores ever-changing notions of beauty by reinterpreting historical undergarments through a contemporary lens. Tomasz was awarded second place in the Diploma Selection competition at Designblok 2024. His works were featured in magazines such as Vogue, ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar. Tomasz Umbras is a recipient of “Młoda Polska” Scholarship awarded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. His new project which will be presented this year is supported by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in Poland.
