VINO CIBULKA

Vino Cibulka is a family-owned organic winery cultivating 16 hectares of vineyards. Since 2005, we have been producing wines with a respect for nature and traditional winemaking. Our story began with a small vineyard that complemented the herb garden supplying our restaurants and hotel. Thanks to gentle processing, minimal intervention during fermentation and ageing, and low sulphite content, our wines quickly gained popularity. Over the years, we expanded both our vineyards and grape varieties while maintaining certified organic farming practices. Today, our wines mature in stainless steel tanks, wooden vats, and oak barrique barrels. Visitors can also enjoy wine tastings at the beautifully restored Portz Insel manor on Tichý Island, offering a unique and romantic setting.
