The exhibition by designer Jakub Pollág and zeitgeist.limited explores their shared approach to design and custom production, connecting traditional Czech glassmaking with contemporary engineering – from the initial idea to final installation. The exhibition presents the studio’s new collections of bespoke lighting and Solid Shelf. The studio’s modular lighting collections bring individual elements together to create larger compositions. Knot Light combines hand-shaped, colourful glass knots with a curved steel structure, while Grow Light pairs hand-blown glass spheres with a curved aluminium structure and solid steel base. Both collections can be customized in colour, scale and arrangement. Solid Shelf contrasts the weight of dark-stained solid oak with the lightness of tempered glass. CNC-milled oak pillars, clear glass shelves and a precisely engineered metal joint create a balance of solid volume, transparency and mechanical detail. Each piece is hand-finished, preserving the natural character of the wood.
