The installation RE returns to the principle of the camera obscura – the fundamental optical phenomenon from which photography was born. A series of black objects captures unrepeatable moments travelling through space and light, preserving them within their hidden interiors. Each image is the physical trace of a single moment that can never occur again. The installation leaves us with the question of how much light will forever remain beyond the limits of our sight and perception.
