The multimedia installation captures the unique atmosphere of the studios at the Department of Design, FT TUL. It reveals the creative design process through which prototypes of textiles, fashion, jewelry and glass emerge by experimentally combining diverse materials, methods and technologies. Traditional techniques are complemented by innovative approaches, as well as the exploration and testing of new materials. Interdisciplinary collaboration creates opportunities for bold and environmentally responsible approaches. The exhibition presents students’ creative visions, new ideas, materials and design solutions. This creative journey is further illustrated through a “cabinet of samples,” enriching the virtual presentation with an essential tactile experience.
