Nela Krulišová is a visual artist working primarily with contemporary ceramics, porcelain, and glass. Her practice explores the relationship between material, memory, and vulnerability. She experiments with material properties and technological processes, as well as the tension between control and chance, combining traditional craft techniques with a contemporary artistic language. She studied in the Studio of Natural Materials at the Faculty of Art and Design at JEPU in Ústí nad Labem and continued with a master’s degree at the Studio of Ceramics at AFAD in Bratislava. During her studies, she completed study stays in Linz and Cluj-Napoca and a creative residency in Jingdezhen, China. Her work has been exhibited internationally and is held in collections across Europe and Asia.
