We are SKOBA, a Prague-based bookbinding studio and social enterprise founded in 2015. We build on traditional bookbinding craftsmanship and develop it towards contemporary design. Alongside our original diaries and notebooks, we also create objects for interiors. In collaboration with designer Jiří Krejčiřík, we developed the B1 Collection, exploring new possibilities of using paper as a structural material. Our products are made locally, in small series, with an emphasis on high-quality craftsmanship. As a social enterprise, we create meaningful work opportunities for people with specific employment needs.
