This original work resonates on several levels with the themes of light as a symbol of knowledge, truth and life, and with the role of design in society and its contribution to the development of human lives, as well as its role in addressing the socio-economic challenges of today’s society. Through its unique combination of the finest goldsmithing craftsmanship, a touch of sculptural expression and an intuitive understanding of environmental philosophy, the installation creates its own, visually sophisticated and fictional ecosystem. In addition to its artistic and social contribution, this project also serves as a celebration of the artist’s fiftieth birthday and as a symbolic platform for passing on his many years of experience.
