Retro Lamps: Forgotten Stories of Czechoslovak Design

They have become commonplace to the point of being invisible. Yet whole generations grew up in the light shed by mass-produced lamps from the period of 1950s to 1980s. Illuminating the moments of reading, working, or family gatherings, the lamps turned into mundane items of everyday life. Now comes the time to dust them off and focus the spotlight on their creators. Come and meet them.
