Designblok visitors will have an opportunity to taste stylish refreshment by Ambiente at Nákladové nádraží Žižkov, in Kafkův dům, as well as within the Church of St. Simon and St. Jude. Thus, two new restaurants and three cafés will open in Prague for one week.
Architecture of refreshment points will be designed by Jan Rosický (studio of A69). The Lokál will be located at the entrance area of the Nákladové nádraží Žižkov, focusing primarily on beer and Czech cuisine. A fast food stall, or a hot dog point will be situated on a railway carriage. Hot dogs will be made from veal sausages and goulash gravy; baked carrots in bread rolls will be served to vegetarians. A Savoy-style café will also be located in the Superstudio. Kafkův dům, close to the Old Town Square, will house a fashion café on its fourth floor, stylishly complemented with an installation by the Maud Homme fashion server. A small fashion bar will be situated in the Church of St. Simon and St. Jude as well. Veuve Clicquot, Heineken, San Pellegrino, stylish hot dogs, cider, home-made bread, home-made cakes, and many other delis will be served by the best restaurant chain in Prague.
