We bake. We have fallen in love with the roll made of suckling pig - herbs - aniseeds and salt. The Citroen HY from ´74 is our new kitchen from the French designers, in which we slice this Italian succulent delicacy. We pour aperitifs – wine and fresh lemonade made from lemon juice – elderflowers and black Ceylon teas. We brew coffee and serve ice-cold wine. Special events in town or a summer afternoon gathering of friends in the backyard that requires our presence is what we love most about it all. We bake la Porchetta di Simone and carve it daily in Mala Strana by the funicular to Petřín.
