Pavla Vachunová's Horymoře collection reflects her longing for the sea and the high mountains. By painting on porcelain, the designer captures the dreamlike movement of the sea surface or the imprints of the sky from the perspective of mountain peaks. However, the Horymoře project also contains an appealing subtext drawing attention to the disturbed balance between man and landscape. The sword of Damocles hangs over humanity represented by the loss of natural beauty for future generations.
