The Holport building at Komunardů 32 as a central point traditionally opens its installations on Tuesday evening with installations by Konsepti (Moroso, MDF, Driade, B+B Italia, Diesel atd), Artemide, Lasvit, and DesignBath with the Křehký gallery on Osadní Street. This year, you can look forward to new lights by Bořek Šípek, Arik Levy, René Roubíček, Wielgus and Plecháč in Lasvit, new pieces from Moroso, Diesel and B+B in Konsepti, plus a conceptual exhibition of the Dutch duo of designers Daphna Laurens and new pieces from the borderland between art and design in the Křehký gallery. Located next to the Holport, the Ton showroom is definitely worth a visit too. The Ton lab, situated on Tusarova Street, opens on Wednesday evening. Dox by Qubus – a traditional location linked with Czech design – is not very far away. Even though these places are situated only a few steps from one another, you should not skip any of them. The ideal path from the Dělnická tram stop (direction from Vltavská): Ton lab (Tusarova 55), Ton showroom (Komunardů 34), Konsepti (Komunardů 32), Křehký (Osadní 35), and Dox by Qubus (Poupětova 1). The area of lower Holešovice ranks among the Designblok hot spots every year.
