Join the Designblok team – we are looking for temporary staff

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic temporary workers who want to take part in organising one of the biggest design festivals in Europe.
The festival will be open to the public from 8–12 October 2025, but positions are available before and after the exhibition as well, specifically between 3–13 October 2025.
Festival venues:
This year, Designblok will take place at the Křižík Pavilions at Výstaviště Praha, Nová Spirála, the Museum of Decorative Arts, the Royal Summer Palace (Queen Anne’s Summer Palace) at Prague Castle, and Galerie Rudolfinum.
Opportunities available in different areas:

Exhibition attendant (supervision of exhibitions, keeping spaces tidy, assisting and informing visitors)

Ticket checking

Supervision of parking areas (no driving licence required)

Clearing tables in the café (collecting dishes and keeping tables clean)
-
Cashier (ticket sales or working in the merchandise shop)
The job is suitable for women and men, mothers on maternity leave, students, retired people, and anyone who loves cultural events.
What we offer:

Valuable experience in event management, design, and gastronomy

Temporary work contract (DPP) with remuneration of 200–250 CZK/hour (payment the following month to your bank account)

Flexible shifts according to your availability

During the festival: 10:00–21:00

Other days: 7:00–20:00 (with additional time slots possible)
