Ola Kala Van
Ola Kala Van is a project of the Ola Kala cooking school from Prague. As its signature, it offers Asian street food originally from Vietnam called Banh Xeo (BX). The base is a sizzle pancake, which is gluten-free and lactose-free. It includes various fillings, both meat and vegan, as well as fresh Asian herbs and sauces (Tonkatsu Sriracha, Hoisin, Shitake, Miso mayo). BX is unique in the Czech Republic.
