Rooster Sausage Gourmet
We are a small family company, producing home-made sausages from pork meat from the farm of Mr. Sklenář from Sasov in organic quality. For our production we use only quality meat, sea salt and fresh herbs, which we stuff into the highest quality natural lamb casings. We grill the sausages and assemble them together with the fillings in a baguette from Mr. Dvornik's Whole Grain Handmade Bakery located in Prague's Žižkov district. For a perfect taste experience based on a combination of flavours, we pay maximum attention to selecting the highest quality ingredients from local sources. We always have several variants on offer.
